Gregory's Workshop – Terms of Service Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement (“Terms of Service”, “ToS”) sets forth license terms of Gregory's Workshop(“Service Company”), and constitutes a binding agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“You”) and Gregory's Workshop (“GW”).
Please read the following services carefully, before either (i) downloading the virtual content ("assets"), or (ii) installing the asset(s). You acknowledge that you have read this Service Agreement, have understood it, and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not download or install the assets provided thereby GW.
You as the user shall not:
Conduct any form of leaking, ripping, and unlocking;
Attempt to chargeback or refund a product;
You have a right to refund a product, but you are not allowed to refund a commission UNLESS it isn't done as you expected or isn't started by the dev in the timeline given
Alter or modify any product there made by GW;
*Find a loop hole in any documentation;
Attempt to plagiarize work that is published by GW. Credit must be given where seen as necessary.
Share any information or photos from tickets
Resell permission is to only be given by GregoryDev in a written form.
Any and all watermarks, labels, or metadata shall not be removed. Legal action may pursue.
I have ownership of all commissions. I will charge more for ownership of a commission
- No discounts can be used on it,
- Cannot be sold itself
- You cannot take credit of anything in the examples/premade stuff,
- You cannot take credit of a part of a code in premade websites,
- Some parts of the code are from public source (W3Schools etc.),
- Do not resell the premade stuff,
- DO NOT share the documentation tutorials or the premade websites.
These terms are to be followed by an member (“user”) of GW. Failure to do so will lead to disciplinary action. The Terms of Service as provided is automatically agreed and adhered by the user and client upon purchasing and/or obtaining a product. This can be changed in any time
