Big update of our discord server.

We have changed the roles, added new ranks like Senior Moderator, changed the colors to make it look more clear. We have also changed the high rank roles to Chief Operating Officer, Chairman etc.

Our channels also changed, we from now have suggestions as a forum channel.

We're working on something big currently, it won't be posted on the wip until it's finished.
